Each air-conditioned apartment has a living room with a sofa, dining area and a flat-screen cable TV. The bathroom comes with free toiletries and either a shower or a bath. Cleaning is available twice a week.
Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and enjoy them in the balcony overlooking the marina, weather permitting. Some apartments have a cosy reading area with a plush sofa.

Lisbon is 90 minutes’ driving from Troia Residence by The Editory - Apartamentos Marina. Ferry services are available to Setúbal city.

Cleaning is provided every 2 days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra fee.
Please note that check-in and check-out take place at Troia Welcome Centre (GPS coordinates: 38.4929456, -8.9021482,17) which is open from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm, you will need to go to Editory By The Sea Troia Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29 26 N, 8º 54 02 W).
All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in.
Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
