Duplex Studio. This 2-storey apartment features a bedroom on the lower floor and a bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The kitchen is on the upper floor and it is equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator andthe necessary utensils to prepare meals. The living room has a flat-screen cable TV, a dining table and a sofa bed for the 4th and 5th guests. ;
Superior Studio. Larger studio with a bedroom area with a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator andthe necessary utensils to prepare meals. The bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. ;
Standard Studio. This is a duplex studio located on the ground floor. The ground floor has a sofa, TV and kitchenette equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator andthe necessary utensils to prepare meals. The basement features a double bed and a bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Since the studio faces the street, and it is on the ground floor, it might be noisy and has some humidity.
